RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to find an amicable solution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Certain products are not eligible for return, including personalized or engraved items.

You can cancel your order up to 4 hours after placing it. After this period, the order may already be in processing and we may not be able to cancel it.

Lifetime Warranty

This lifetime warranty is only valid for customers who selected this option at checkout.

Warranty Conditions:

The item must be in its original box with all included accessories. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance/cleaning, normal wear, or accidental damage.

Important: Please ensure these conditions are met to benefit from the warranty.

Damage & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to request a return. Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (card or PayPal). If a refund fails for technical reasons, we may request an alternative method to complete the refund.
